ALI invests in and connects orthodox Anglican Leaders through various experiences. ALI trips and cohorts bring together Anglican leaders who are similar in their calling and ministry contexts for a time of spiritual growth, coaching, teaching, solitude, refreshment, worship, and peer to peer interaction in the beauty of God’s creation.
Our vision is to promote gospel growth, humble collaboration and life-long leadership learning among gifted, missional, and anointed Anglican leaders, helping them gain greater clarity on their calling, ministry and gifts in order to promote healthy churches, provide an environment for humble collaboration, and to strengthen Anglican gospel ministry.

Enjoying the beauty of the Colorado mountains, participants will engage in water rafting, fly-fishing, rock climbing, repelling, and mountaineering with five days in the Colorado backcountry as the canvas for growth, coaching, refreshment, fun, strengthening relationships and seeking the Lord.
The purpose of the trip is to seek the Lord together and discuss the challenges, opportunities and needed structures for ensuring healthy Anglican leadership development in the years to come. The goal is to have greater clarity on how to best serve bishops, rectors and other ministries to create opportunities and pipelines for Anglican leadership development.
Clergy wives in similar life stages and ministry settings will stay in a lovely, spacious beachfront home on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina. While enjoying the beauty of the coast, participants can engage with the Lord and one another for the purpose of gaining clarity on identity, gifting and calling and being equipped for all God has for them.
