ALI invests in and connects Orthodox Anglican Leaders through week-long adventure and emersion experiences. ALI trips bring together 8-10 Anglican leaders who are similar in their calling and ministry contexts for a time of spiritual growth, coaching, teaching, solitude, refreshment, worship, and peer to peer interaction in the beauty of God’s creation.
Our vision is to promote gospel growth, humble collaboration and life-long leadership learning among gifted, missional, and anointed Anglican leaders, helping them gain greater clarity on their calling, ministry and gifts in order to promote healthy churches, provide an environment for humble collaboration, and to strengthen Anglican gospel ministry.

Enjoying the beauty of the Colorado mountains, participants will engage in water rafting, fly-fishing, rock climbing, repelling, and mountaineering with five days in the Colorado backcountry as the canvass for growth, coaching, refreshment, fun, strengthening relationships and seeking the Lord.
Participants live aboard a 46+ft sailboat/catamaran sailing the British Virgin Islands of Tortola and Virgin Gorda. Snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, swimming, hiking, and relaxing provide the canvass for growth, coaching, refreshment, fun, strengthening relationships and seeking the Lord.
Serving Assistant and Associate rectors/pastors through coaching, teaching, and peer to peer relational opportunities in the context of fun and beauty. It is a time of revelation and clarity for each participant as they seek to grow, discern, and prepare for a lifetime of gospel ministry.
